Under the responsibility of the IT Vice-President, we are looking for an Information Technology Director to contribute to the success of our IT operations.


As Information Technology Director you will:

  • Participate in the development and execution of the IT master plan for technological transformation projects and lead large-scale projects;
  • Define, develop and maintain an operational and efficient structure of the IT department;
  • Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of existing infrastructure/systems through preventive maintenance and continuous improvement of platforms;
  • Prepare and control IT budgets, as well as the overall estimate of the project portfolio, and ensure that they respect the goals, objectives and defined guidelines;
  • Support the IT team in place and participate in daily activities;
  • Use best practices, techniques and tools related to planning, executing and managing projects, tracking deliverables and on-going milestones, communication and key performance measures;
  • Use industry key performance indicators to continuously assess the value and performance of the services delivered by the team;
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of the IT operating model by the business units;
  • Create processes and standards for systems support;
  • Participate in the identification of training needs and the development of training programs;
  • Ensure a technological watch in the field of the digital transformation of organizations, and work together with the management team and each of the team leaders in order to identify the relevant digital development opportunities, and contribute to facilitating the management and acceptance of the changes required.

You will be responsible for managing a team in the IT department and liaising with business unit IT directors to determine their technology needs and develop solutions in line with our organization's objectives. To succeed as an IT director, you will need to have excellent technical skills, as well as superior project and personnel management skills. You must be fluent in French and English.


The desired profile:

  • A university degree in computer science or related field;
  • A master's degree in computer science is preferred;
  • Evidence of continuous education, such as certifications, is desirable;
  • At least five years of management experience in an IT environment;
  • Solid working knowledge of computer operations and systems;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong leadership and project management skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Eddyfi/NDT is looking for a Project Manager who will support the company's IT team in its functions.

Your daily life at Eddyfi/NDT:

Under the responsibility of the VP IT, the project manager's main responsibility will be to manage key projects for Eddyfi/NDT. This includes coordinating and completing projects on time, on budget and within planned scope. You will need to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize project progress to relevant project stakeholders.


As IT Project Manager you will:

  • Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects;
  • Ensure that all projects are executed on time, within scope and budget;
  • Establish a plan for each project and ensure rigorous monitoring using project management tools;
  • Develop and implement various work tools and processes to facilitate project management and membership of team members;
  • Help define the scope and objectives of the project, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
  • Ensure the availability and allocation of resources;
  • Gather information critical to the preparation of specifications for a relevant solution;
  • Develop a change management plan in collaboration with other managers;
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
  • Reporting and scaling up (escalation) of management as needed;
  • Perform risk management to minimize the risks associated with the project;
  • Meet with key stakeholders to understand their detailed needs and clarify specific project requirements;
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document requirements;
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned


The skills sought:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline;
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience;
  • PMI certification or equivalent (ATOUT).


The required profile:

  • You are bilingual (French / English) both orally and in writing;
  • You know how to manage your priorities, you are resourceful and autonomous;
  • You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • You have already contributed to the implementation of software packages;
  • You have good communication skills and a desire to improve processes.
