Dans ce rôle, tu auras à:

  • Participer aux dossiers d’acquisitions, de financement et de partenariats stratégiques du groupe;
  • Superviser les activités de secrétariat corporatif de la société-mère et des filiales;
  • Assurer la conformité du groupe en matière de règlementation sur les valeurs mobilières;
  • Développer et gérer le déploiement de procédures et politiques corporatives;
  • Assurer le maintien et l’application de politiques afférentes aux contrôles à l’exportation dans le groupe;
  • Gérer les régimes d’options et d’achat d’actions;
  • Conseiller les membres de la direction du groupe et des filiales sur des enjeux stratégiques ou opérationnels;
  • Gérer des dossiers confiés à des avocats externes;
  • Participer à des projets stratégiques et opérationnels variés pour le groupe.

Le profil recherché:

  • Tu es avocat et membre du Barreau du Québec;
  • Tu détiens de 7 à 10 d’expérience pertinente;
  • Tu t’y connais en droit des valeurs mobilières;
  • Tu es bilingue et tu as de la facilité à communiquer efficacement;
  • Tu détiens de l’expérience en contexte d’acquisition d’entreprises et de groupes internationaux;
  • Tu détiens un jugement analytique et commercial aiguisé et tu as une forte capacité de résolution de problèmes;
  • Tu es reconnu pour ton sens des affaires développé et entrepreneurial;
  • Tu te démarques pour ton excellent sens de l’organisation, ta rigueur et ta capacité à gérer les priorités;
  • Tu es reconnu pour ton excellent leadership et ta bonne capacité de persuasion et de négociation;

Do you want to contribute to the accounting aspects of a highly technological and fast-growing organization? Eddyfi/NDT is looking for a Project Manager who will support the company's IT team in its functions.


Your daily life at work:

Under the responsibility of the VP IT, the project manager has as main responsibility to make an adequate management of key projects for Eddyfi / NDT. This includes coordinating and completing projects on time, on budget and within planned scope. While setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing project progress to relevant project stakeholders.


In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects;
  • Ensure that all projects are executed on time, within scope and within budget;
  • Establish a plan for each project and ensure rigorous monitoring using project management tools;
  • Develop and implement various work tools and processes to facilitate project management and membership of team members;
  • Help define the scope and objectives of the project, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
  • Ensure the availability and allocation of resources;
  • Gather information critical to the preparation of specifications for a relevant solution;
  • Develop a change management plan in collaboration with other managers;
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
  • Reporting and scaling up (escalation) of management as needed;
  • Perform risk management to minimize the risks associated with the project;
  • Meet with key stakeholders to understand their detailed needs and clarify specific project requirements;
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document requirements;
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned


The skills sought:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline;
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience;
  • PMI certification or equivalent (ATOUT).


The required profile:

  • You are bilingual (French / English) both orally and in writing;
  • You know how to manage your priorities, you are resourceful and autonomous;
  • You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • You have already contributed to the implementation of software packages;
  • You have good communication skills and a desire to improve processes.

Your daily life at work:

As the Corporate Ambassador, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in attracting new talent and will work in concert with the Talent and Culture team as well as with managers. You will participate in the implementation of our global recruitment strategy at our various sites around the world for all of our business units. Your mission will be to manage the staffing processes of our growing company for our strategic positions.


In this role, you will:

  • Advise managers to properly target their needs and adapt the strategy to optimally fill positions in line with the values ​​of the organization;
  • Perform the entire recruitment, selection and hiring cycle (sourcing / receiving CVs, selection, candidate assessments, telephone and in-person interviews, job negotiations, etc.) ensuring an exceptional candidate experience;
  • Build a contact network of potential candidates;
  • Suggest and participate in the implementation of new concepts and techniques to acquire talents;
  • Participate in recruitment and visibility activities, such as university fairs, conferences, career days, etc.;

The required profile:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in recruitment, selection and hiring;
  • French and English bilingualism is required;
  • Experience in international recruitment an asset;
  • Experience with Dayforce an asset;
  • Have a strong knowledge of social media and tools relevant to spotting;
  • Strong interest in business and ability to showcase the organization's employment proposition (EVP);
  • Experience in implementing the employer brand is an asset;

Would you like to put your experience to good use in the coordination of current projects? Do you want to be part of a dynamic team and evolve in a growing organization? Under the responsibility of Eddyfi/NDT's Vice President, Talent and Culture, we are looking for an HRIS Administrator to join the team.


In this role, you will:

  • Participate in the needs analysis in order to efficiently deploy the HRIS in each business unit;
  • Configure talent modules and update the HRIS environment while supporting users;
  • Get involved in testing before the official launch of new features;
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures and methods;
  • Act as an internal expert and develop the skills of users;
  • Manage the updates and evolution of the HRIS functionalities;
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the data by conducting periodic audits;
  • Implement and actively participate in a process to resolve HRIS issues and provide second level support to users;
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal practices by monitoring best practices in the use of HRIS.


Required profile:

  • You have a university degree in computer science, administration or a related field, or experience related to the job;
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in implementing an HRIS;
  • You have experience with the Dayforce system (an asset);
  • You have experience in project management (an asset);
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Planner, Outlook and SharePoint (advanced level);
  • You have a customer-oriented approach and demonstrate excellent customer service;
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French;
  • You have a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration;
  • You are independent, organized and meticulous.
